The course can be of value to persons who want to join an existing Peer Coaching group or want to start up a new group. This workshop builds on the natural skills of helping people which we all use in normal communication. The methodology of Peer Coaching offers a structure which helps to give each other real coaching.

This one-day workshop is ideal for coaches who are curious to know whether and in what way NLP techniques can improve their coaching. NLP can be extremely powerful in enhancing rapport and affecting change, very useful skills in coaching. In this workshop we will not only discuss NLP models but also practice NLP techniques tailor-made for coaching. Perhaps NLP can help you to become a better coach.

NLP in Education Workshop

This one-day workshop is designed for teachers and educators who want to know what NLP can bring to education. NLP focuses on the fundamental coherence between the senses, the use of language and our mental programming. NLP offers a spectrum of new insights for teachers and educators, for example on gaining rapport and pacing and leading the students in learning to learn. During this workshop we will also discuss some NLP ideas on learning styles and learning strategies and how to recognize and to support them in your students.
